Concern Regarding Unusual Activity and Property Conditions Next to My Business Dear City Official, Good Morning, I am reaching out to express my concern about some recent developments at the property located next to my business at 811 N Walnut St. Since new residents moved in, there has been a noticeable increase in unusual activity that is negatively impacting the appearance and environment around my business. Specifically, the residents have been leaving trash overflowing into the alley, some of which is spilling over onto my property. This not only creates a messy and unsanitary environment but also makes a poor impression on my clients as they arrive at my business. Additionally, there are two cars at the property: one that does not appear to be running and another that is frequently being worked on. There are also cars frequently pulling up in the alley, where individuals from the house briefly interact with the vehicles before returning inside. The overall condition of the property and the ongoing activity is concerning, and I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. As a business owner, it is important to me that the surrounding environment reflects positively on the area, and I believe this situation is detracting from that. Apartment C14 has not been able to flush my toilet in 3 weeks. Same as Apartment 18, & a couple others in the Kimble Dr. Apt Complex. Apt. C18 has a ceiling in his Bathroom that is literally leaking water so bad into his tub. His Bathroom is Literally not FEASABLE. Can Not Use! People was Moved In During May 2021 to Apartments that was not ready to be moved in what so ever. no stove in 1, No Fridge in 1 & the Central Air in My Buidling-Apartment is on the 3rd Floor Upstairs on the LEFT... Is Not working Nor has it been or been fixed even looked at. Amy Deckard has been liveing there for 3 weeks. I have bben there for 4 months & I have a small whole in my bathroom ceiling from a leak in the above apartment PLUS Yes My Toiulet Wilkl not Flush Unless I Plunge It almost Everytime 1st. That has not been fixed. ALL THIS HAS BEEN TURNED IN TO EMPLOYEES>>>MOTHING DONE! Place IS Very UNSAFE & NOT LIVEABLE. Dangers Will Come if My Name is Brought To Attention. NO HOME, & ETC.

Greetings. Could someone please cut back the vegetation at the southwest corner of where 11th st. intercepts Fairview. It has blocked visibility from both directions and is causing a safety issue. There is also signage that is being hidden. Thank you kindly! Addendom: I am a pedestrian not a motorist. It has become unsafe for pedestrians at an intersection that is already dangerous due to motorists speeding from three directions. Thank you.

Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S. I apologize if this came across as somewhat hostile, I know whoever reads this is probably not at fault.
