This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much. I really don't want to cause trouble with neighbors I actually fear doing so but there's one on my street that seem to let their dog lose. I'm physically disabled and legally blind. Have a 19 year cat gas health problems too. Is considered a esa as well. I take outside on leash. I'm not only concerned for her but myself. The dog ran over to me when outside once. Jumped on me. The people yelled for it but did no act quickly. It ran back to them but came back jumped on me again. My cat loves being outside so tries to get out on own. She did once. I was able to get her in quickly but if that dog had been out it may have killed her. If this happens I don't think I'll be able to handle it! Please, investigate. Thank you

When does the city intend on finishing this section of road? Ever since the bridge was completed it doesn't look like any work has been done at all to finish this one bit of road at all, and it's been months! East-West traffic is already a nightmare for this county because of the construction on I-69, Second, and Third Street, and yet the one route that can really act as a good alternate route to help alleviate some of that traffic is hampered by this abandoned project. While the detours tell people to go down towards 11th Street, we all know that way too many people are cutting through the neighborhood where there are plenty of children trying to play outside. This is nothing but ridiculous!

a car is parked on the shoulder and has a "for sale" sign in the window. The shoulder is a de facto sidewalk/bike lane on Arlington Rd and this is making things dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians here.

There is a massive trench across the full width of N Oolitic Drive. It has gotten terrible and I fear is a safety risk. It has been there since at least August 2023.

Gold colored minivan, does not run, was pulled there by owner. Is in clear view, has been sitting there for numerous months, and has weeds growing up around it. It is, in fact, parked in the designated city street right of way.

Our water pressure has dropped significantly over the last week to make me concerned that something is wrong further up the line. We have much lower pressure than usual when with only one faucet running and we see no signs of water line issues on our property. Has all of Bloomington experienced low pressure lately?

I don't know if this is the right category for this. Nevertheless, the people at 777 North Oolitic Dr are building on to the back of their house and I don't think they have a permit for it. We already have wondered if there was a permit to build the house. Now this room is being built by the Dad of the family and no permit is posted. Please check into this asap. The new construction is behind the house and the address is 777 N. Oolitic Dr, not 801. Your GPS won't let me tag it.
