A Cedar tree needs to be removed. I contacted the city forester a couple of years ago (and got an affirmative reply from him) to put this action on a waiting list. I called once again a number of months ago and did not receive any reply. The tree, which I believe is on city property, is growing into the power lines and is interfering with the street light on the electrical pole. This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Yard sign at intersection promoting AT&T service for >30 days now. This is not legal, correct? They had yard service today and they made sure sign was again standing tall after they finished...

During peak hours of the day (4-6:00pm), I would like to see a no left-turn sign from east-bound third street onto Rose or Union. In addition, it would be nice to have a no left-turn sign from those roads turning on third street. This area gets very congested during the standard commute to the east side and significant delays are caused by motorist trying to make those turns.

sidewalk bridge handrail top pieces are loose - at least 2 dozen screws have rusted out. please replace with galvanized screws.
