Hi, I think this house is being used as a storage area for a construction business; it's listed as the address for N V Roofing and Restoration. The yard has contained trash, construction materials, and sometimes furniture for six to eight months. (I complained about trash at the curb a few months ago, and that trash was removed, but more appeared almost immediately. Right now there's trash at the curb, construction materials in the yard, and two mattresses outside.) I don't think anyone is actually living there, although people may stay the night from time to time. I'm concerned about the trash, but also about whether there is a zoning violation. This area appears to be zoned residential single-family, and it looks to me like this type of business use is not allowed. Thanks for any help you can provide. If I need to contact someone else about the apparent zoning violation, please let me know.

There are several street lights in the vicinity of the Baptist Church (maybe the name has changed) which is near the intersection of Woodscrest and 3rd Street that are not working. Could 3rd street in that area be driven at night to take a total tally of the lights that are out between High Street and College Mall Road? Our water hasn't been working since Sunday. The employee who came out then said the pipe was frozen from meter to main and that a crew would be out. A crew has not been out today and I am trying to find out when one will be and when we can expect to have water on again.

Tall metal tower behind house (radio tower?) appears to be old, and the bottom of the tower is overgrown with vegetation. It's an eyesore at best and probably a hazard.

Poison ivy is growing rapidly on the third yellow pole east of Jefferson on the south side of the pedestrian path. There's also more poison ivy along the north side of the path, further east, on the ground along the edge of the path.

excessive brush and weeds this house is a rental . and the tenants do not maintain the weeds and other junk constantly grow over the fence and into my driveway also a loud malfunctioning air conditioning uint runs 24/7
