I was walking my dog this morning when we noticed a deer ahead in the road, several hundred feet away. So we stopped and turned around to go the other way. I looked back after turning and realized it was aggressively running at us. Fortunately I am young and am able to run. But others in my neighborhood may not be so fortunate. This is completely unacceptable. I know that this is likely a doe protecting a fawn nearby, but I find this unacceptable as a citizen trying to use a public road to walk. It’s outrageous. Had I not seen it running at us it could have attacked and killed my dog, as they have been known to do, or attacked me.

This woman and her red lab. Have worms she threatens me _/people to give us worms she has to have sex[to eat]i use bleach water /they let me. She smells bad and never cleans up restroom or toilets. Or every where she goes!I'm tired of it!its her responsibility to get it taken care of it no matter what its a society problem no a house pokes heebgie religion one.she is contacting me the shelter food at shalom everyones. I just received this response from Closed by Melissa Hirtzel The City was not aware of the exercise nor the events that were going to take place. Please call BPD at 812-339-4477. Interesting...as the Office of the Mayor reported on their FB page that the Office of Mayor WAS aware of Monday night's national security exercise and was notified ahead of time. Get your stories straight!!

The street tree in front of our office was removed a few years ago and not replaced. The tree plot is a bit of a trip hazard without a tree. Can one be planted in place of the tree that was removed. I believe it was a Linden that was there and it was great!

I believe the City owes an explanation to its citizens regarding the military maneuvers that took place last night just outside Switchyard Park. Those were Special Operations Aviation Regiments apparently performing training maneuvers in the midst of a residential area. There are training areas all over Ft Bragg, Quantico and Ft Campbell that look like towns & buildings, where they can actually use live ammunition to do these types of maneuvers. I understand our military needs to train - but why Bloomington? It seems way out of the ordinary.

Was not informed of military exercise that took place overnight from 07Jun to 08Jun. The noise from the plane/chopper was alarming & was loud enough to rattle windows. It also continued extremely late into the night (~ 2:30 am) which was a significant noise disturbance during quiet hours. City did not provide notice that (1) this was going to occur or (2) the timing of the exercise.

I noticed road repairs on Roundhill lane in Spicewood, but Spicewood Ct and Spicewood lane are full of potholes.

Please turn back on the water fountains in the city parks. The CDS has advised that the risk of surface transmission of COVID-19 is minimal. Not having access to drinking water during these hot days is likely causing more harm than turning the fountains back on.

If the military and police were planning to engage in night training this evening, WHY was the public on the south side of Bloomington not notified? Many residents were scared and are extremely angry they were not informed. People were outside wondering what was going on. The helicopters were flying incredibly low over our houses, literally shaking our homes. Social media was lit up with reports of loud booms, police, shooting, and people were scared. This was irresponsible for Bloomington residents to not be notified.
