There are several street lights in the vicinity of the Baptist Church (maybe the name has changed) which is near the intersection of Woodscrest and 3rd Street that are not working. Could 3rd street in that area be driven at night to take a total tally of the lights that are out between High Street and College Mall Road? I picnicked in Bryant Park this afternoon and noticed a woman collecting plastics. I approached her and it turns out she a conscientious homeowner who lives in the neighborhood. She apparently petitions consistently to have the parks put in recycling cans. I would like to add my voice to the hers and the many others who are surely requesting such a service. Please install recycling cans in the city parks. Thank you
