An anonymous complainant alerted the Solid Waste District about "illegal dumping" of ash wood, as well as concrete and trash at this location. We did a quick inspection and found wood and other materials piled on the ground at the property. Additionally there is a trailer that appears to contain household waste, and there is trash around one of the buildings (on Allen Street side). Feel free to contact me if you need additional information!
Map says 1600 but actual address is 1514. Overgrowth from tree obscuring stop sign. I believe this is a City tree but not sure.
Could we please have a street sweeper run at the intersection of W 12th and N Oolitic. This is brand new blacktop after all.

420 Eastside Drive has been for years and still is a junk yard. There are several vehicles that have not moved in ages, there is trash in the yard (empty soda cans, beverage container). How about City Ordinance 15.16.020 (6): a vehicle that is six or more model years old and mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than thirty days. The picture was taken from the Hunter foot path. This yard is far from the pearl of the neighborhood.
Small pothole forming in street between 1304 & 1310 S Dunn Street.
On June 26th, I took my daughter to Switchyard Park. We were playing in the Splash Pad some time between noon and 12:30 when I heard a man yell, “Fuck you, Karen!” I looked in the direction of the sound, toward the shelter nearest the Splash Pad (the one with the bathrooms attached). I saw a tall, skinny man in a neon “Parks” vest storming off away from a family with a young child. There were two other Parks employees sitting at a table under the same shelter and the man that stomped off went to light up a cigarette behind the shelter. While I did not witness the entire situation, I presume the woman asked him not to smoke under the shelter while everyone was eating lunch there and he got angry. It was hot that day, so I understand he wanted to be in the shade, but that is not an appropriate reaction. I ask that you please investigate the situation to find out what happened from your employees themselves, as I only witnessed the tail-end of the confrontation. Thank you.
There is a Sweetgum tree with branches hanging over the speed limit sign & neighborhood watch sign on Rosewood Drive between Ironwood Ct and Tulipwood Ct. Could these branches be pruned? Thank you!
