Blocked Sidewalk

At the Relato. Entire multi use path is blocked again with no warning and almost certainly no permit. This is dangerous, especially for bikers coming down the hill. Per ureport #209421 response from Kyle Baugh, further incidents will result in a notice of violation being issued. The pattern must be broken, hopefully the violation does that.
