There is a considerable sized hole behind Bear's Place in the heavily traveled alley. And there are multiple holes on the piece of property between TIS Bookstore and Kinser Cleaner's. They all need attention before the students return.

Country Club Drive needs paved as it is VERY VERY ROUGH I see other streets being milled and paved not nearly as rough. it is a heavily traveled road.
Consider installing "Wrong Way" signs for cyclists on Third Street. As a bus operator, I can't tell you how many near-collisions I've had with cyclists popping out of nowhere going the wrong way on Third at night.
