Graffiti and excessive growth. One cannot walk on the sidewalk bc the trees are too low, and the weeds are in the way. The other side of this wall is tagged as well, and because of that, our house was tagged.

The graffiti in this ally is out of control and new stuff is added daily.
The weeds are 7ft tall in some places. We had this problem last summer as well.
The intersection of Bloomfield and Weimer is really dangerous. Weimer is really steep so it's difficult to turn onto Bloomfield. Also, it's hard to see at the intersection.
