Hello I received a notice that I was past due on a parking citation. I sent payment and a message requesting a copy of the ticket since I never saw one. RCA park dirt perimeter trail has trees blocking trail in different areas, mostly along southern and western edges. From Star View entrance, go clockwise on trail to just past Northwest corner.
