Can the City remove a deceased raccoon - rather large - off to the side of Kinzer Pike, partially on the grass & sidewalk? The poor creature is just south of Skyline, about 3 or 4 houses south of Skyline. Thank you.
Super gross and unkind: One whole fish and two fish heads tied to a yellow cord, attached to a shrub alongside Kinser Pike Rd. On the east side of the road, across from 2701 Kinser Pike Rd mail box. Please remove. Thanks.
Please remove the increasing volume of trash along N. Kinser Pike Road, between the entrance/exit to Kroger and Skyline Drive. Near Skyline, there is a black garbage bag, which has been broken open. (Pls don't remove just the bag and disregard the trash strewn along the road, from the entrance to Kroger to Skyline Dr.) The debris is along the east side of the road - given the traffic, it is difficult to safely remove these items. There are a few small potholes where N Kinser and W Skyline meet. As I turn south from Skyline onto Kinser I can't find a way to avoid them.
Kinser Pike road and sidewalk have been destroyed after the construction and gas line work. Why are you all just letting it be f'd up for so long? These need repaired ASAP before winter so the ice and snow don't exacerbate the already dangerous area. Shame we aren't IU or Eastside a-holes or you all would've had your nodes up our asses day after construction ended

Can the timing of this light be assessed during peak commute times? With the hospital now the commuting traffic for this light and N walnut/bypass timing is just far too little to move traffic through.
Other: Re: uReport Case #171533 that was recently closed: (southwest corner of Kinser Pike and Rosewood). The utilities box (which contains full car-sized batteries and other electrical items) is, exposed. Someone has tied a strip of electrical tape around the box. Besides very temporary, it is also unsightly and unsafe. It does not secure the door if someone (say one of the children that frequents the area) should decide to remove the door and investigate the electrical devices inside. I think someone can and should do better. I keep getting the run around from AT&T and Comcast that neither boxes are theirs and am at an impasse. How else can we resolve this?
