Call from Sanitation Dept that there are tarps hung up across the front of the house and the doors are not functioning so people are crawling in/out the doors & windows for access. Encouraged them to file a uReport since they were directly observing the issue.

Abandoned car has been parked and not moved for over 9 days.
I am writing on behalf of the tenant, Kamala to request that the City check if there is a sewer clog or other issue causing her washing machine, toilet and bathtub to drain slow and cause water to overflow onto her carpet and flooring. Since she reported problems I (landlord) have hired a contractor who augered the exterior cleanout and snaked from the interior drain. Both were clear until reaching to approx the middle of the road in front of the house. Her neighbor across the street (last house on left before train tracks) is also having problems with water back-ups.
Our neighbors actually have wire fencing hanging off of their fence onto our property so walking up to our driveway got cut in the eye and had to go seek medical attention we've asked them to take it down several times with noise this will have to turn into a legal matter now are now
Really bad pothole, scared it popped my tired. Easy to hit because you’re checking to make sure there is no oncoming traffic.
Tenants parking on grass and between houses.
Swimming pool (?) Hot tub (?) in front yard. Violation? Permit needed? Looks trashy.
There are two big drop offs/pavement breakups/potholes at the corner of Clover Terrace and Cascades Dr. that need to be repaired. They have been this way for a couple months and are getting worse. Actually our whole neighborhood's streets are in bad shape, need repaving. Worse they have ever been in years (I've lived there for 50).
Request to add a "DO NOT STOP ON TRACKS" sign to the crosswalk of Pete Ellis and the Polly Grimshaw Trail. Cars constantly stop on the tracks when yielding to pedestrians rather than stopping before or after.
