Snow plow buried the mail boxes at 2121 and 2125 White Tail Run. This has never happened in the 32 years we’ve lived here. There is a vacant lot across the cul-de-sac that could accommodate the snow.

Snow is piled up and there's no room for street parking at the corner of Grant & University. We need to have access to street parking on University Street or on Grant Street, for our corner lot house. We did our job of shoveling the sidewalks but we need the city's help for parking options.

The snow from the street in front of me has been plowed up in front of my mailbox. I'm a senior citizen and paid to get my driveway cleaned but can't pay someone else to plow the snow away from mailbox

Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you

The traffic light at the exit of the 46 Bypass onto 69 is not running properly. It does not stay green long enough, and the traffic is backing up almost to Kinser Pike.

Sidewalk in front of Regency Court is completely covered in snow. No way to get through. Very dangerous.
