As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. I do not know if this is a problem, but Longfei restaurant is dumping various kinds of restaurant waste and wastewater into the storm drain in the alley between Longfei and Trinity church. The drain is clearly labeled "no waste", but they are indifferent to this.

There is a continuous large puddle that exists on City property (east side of Lincoln just north of 12th Street). This area needs to be filled/regraded ASAP.
