I just returned home from downtown Bloomington. Not one single sidewalk leading to a crosswalk has been shoveled. I found it quite dangerous to walk through the snow and ice to cross the street. I am required by law to clear my sidewalks within 24 hours after the end of a snow storm and do so religiously. Yet here it is three days after the end of the last storm and no effort has been made to clear the crosswalk sidewalks. Why must I obey the law if our own city government and mayor are aloud to violate this law. This is inexcusable not to mention discriminatory. Shame on Mayor Hamilton and his government. I live at 925 N. Madison St. I want to report that the tenants and or management of 910 N. Rogers St. haven't been taken care of the grass and it's waist high. I have seen rodent come out of the grass and it's becoming a problem for me, because these rodents try and sometimes get under my porch and die.

1016 w Kirkwood is unsafe. It is for sale and has been abandoned for over a year. It has no locking door on the back but rather a broken single pane storm door held by a concrete brick. Inside there the house is dangerous to enter. There is standing water in the basement that has been there for over a year. It is growing mold and mosquitoes. The walls are down to the studs. There are holes in the floors and ceilings. We have have had to call the police due to intoxicated individuals entering at night. I am afraid someone will get hurt or die by falling into one of the holes or the standing water directly across from the back door.

A mess in general

Back door is always unlocked. House has had no one living in it for years and it in general not habitable. At various times homeless are inside using drugs and sleeping.

Neighbors lawn hasn't been consistently mowed this year. Kind neighbors have mowed the back. The front has yet to be taken care of. Resident is aware that it's a problem.

This house hasn’t cut their grass since new people moved in. Excessive weed growth has resulted.
