The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.

I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? There is an empty lot next to 1401 W. 6 Street that someone has been dumping bagged trash.

On going problem at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. Yard, front walkway, side yard and parking lot in back has beer cans, cups, trash and debris that neither the tenants nor the property owner clean up. The neighbors are tired of picking up trash from these properties.

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.
