But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this. There is a giant pothole next to our driveway, so every time we pull our car out it gets stuck in it. We are worried that our cars will get damaged or someone will fall and injure themselves.

Alley way between S Fess Ave (behind 612 S Fess Ave) and S Henderson Avenue (side of 609 S Henderson Ave) - getting large pot holes that are getting progressively worse

This morning, my large recycling bin had been shoved through my lawn with such force that it left a 15" gouge. I can't imagine this was done by a person pushing the bin. I believe it was caused by the lifting arm of the truck being used to push the bin across the sidewalk. I witnessed the arm being used in this way a few weeks ago when the same bin was pushed with such force that its wheels snapped off and had to be repaired by the sanitation department. I would like someone to investigate the way the truck arms are being used and train the sanitation crews to avoid damaging property. I would also like someone to patch my lawn.

4 bird scooters have been on our sidewalk and in our yard since I woke up this morning. Currently they are in the gutter: 701 S Highland. There are also scooters on the sidewalk, standing as well as fallen, along Ballantine, near 2nd (we saw about 3 locations right around there on our walk home). Thank you!

There are 4 scooters outside my house. Measuring from the point farthest inward on the sidewalk, they leave 31" of room between them and the curb; less near the ramp to the street. They were right along our yard. Last night I sent a note about the 4 from the previous day; it was sent at about 5 and was going to be looked in to that day. At 9 when I went to bed, they were still there.
