Green street lamp on 7th Street, just east of Lincoln (located in front of the mailboxes at Lincoln Place) has not worked since 2018. This is a city street lamp.

Street signs at Thornton Drive and Highland Avenue have been knocked down and are lying on the ground.
Scooter has been blocking sidewalk for three days and is knocked over.

The Staff Directory on the city website does not work. I know there is a Danna Workman somewhere, but the search option cannot find her. Not can it find anyone who I know works for the city. Can you check out this issue? Specifically I am looking for the email address of Rhea Carter, Kenneth Lifford (I have seen different spellings of his name) and Raye Ann Cox. An answer from them in reaction to a UReport case I filed is not so helpful, because I cannot answer them back. Thanks!
