Hi - there is a mosquito infestation in the woods between Oaklawn park & meadowcreek. I can see the trail from backyard. There was a cloud of mosquitos. It is a wildlife sanctuary there are what I believe rare birds I do not want it cut down but I want an arborist/ ecologist to assess if pine forests naturally have 2 feet of weeds, vines, underbrush. I googled misquote habitat & it says this exactly. Does the city own this easement ( trail)? If not - is it in city limits & issue a citation? I looked on city website there is a line here so I don’t know if the woods is on city or county side. There is a new disease in America , EEE, that mosquitos carry and it can be fatal or cause seizures. I know Mother Nature does their landscaping. Please clarify the new parking regulations. Can I park in the surface lots for free on Saturday and Sunday? i.e. 4th and Lincoln. The library website says that these lots are 24/7 and the city website indicates they are free after 5 pm on weekdays and free on the weekend. Which is correct?

The meter 7671 on Walnut between Kirkwood and 6th street is not working properly. I put two coins in which registered. The third and fifth coin did not register. I did my errand and skipped having dinner downtown since I didn't want to get a citation. This is not economically good for the downtown area. I avoid going downtown as much as possible since about a third of the time I try to use a meter, it malfunctions.

This car has been parked in front of my house for over a month. It is leaking oil and has a flat tire and no residential permit. I called parking enforcement early in September after the car had been there over 2 weeks. I reported it via this website last Saturday. It now has 4 tickets on it but it's still there. How can I get it removed?
