The Nail Studio on the East side was dumping their cleaning solution into the parking lot. Eventually, this detergent will wash into our waterways. Our MS4 investigated this illegal dumping. At the time we did not see any liquid on the pavement or see evidence it was entering our drain system. We conducted education to the Nail Studio and informed them that dumping any industrial/commercial waste on the ground was prohibited by municipal code.

Is there a way to permanently ban a food delivery service from delivering to a property? We have had two issues with Grubhub First, it was a food safety issue earlier this year. Now it is an issue of drivers asking for cash outside of order payment and tips. This is not safe for anyone. As the property manager, I have asked GrubHub how our address can be deleted from their system. Is there anything else that I can do on a City level?

Rockport between 37 and Country Club has become very hazardous during the detour. Tapp Rd construction has taken far too long for the size of the project. Its not a long section of road. why hasn't this project been finished and reopened? If there's a valid problem, city or county should monitor the traffic.

Citizen objects that Utilities will only repave area torn up for water main installation. Says the work has damaged the whole street and it needs repaving. Says the front of her property has been damaged by storage & removal of gravel, etc. Wants her lawn repaired. Has spoken with Doug Jones who said Mike Farmer would call her. Where the new water line is going in on Arlington/17th there is cut actoss the road at the 46 bridge. It has been pretty deep to drive across but today on my way home the west bound lane has ~6inch drop towards the shoulder. Even slowing down I was afraid I damaged my car because you cant see the drop until you have already drove across it. Im in a bigger vechicle and it was a huge jar...
