Vandalism. Utility box at 3rd and Roger's. Photo on the right was posted in Facebook by a friend yesterday. The other two photos I took in April 11 2017. The earlier damage was repaired. This new damage is more extreme but I hope it can be cleaned up too.

1000 E. Chris Lane is a rental house belonging to Pendragon Properties. Tim Brown was the resident but has left and abandoned several items on the property that need to be removed. Also a red Cadillac--AJT765 belongs to him. There might be a black cat that he left who stays under the house.

Please help me Verify Alpha Books Solutions in the Philippines To whom this may concern, I am JoAnn Johnson currently residing in Florida. I am emailing to see if you could help me verify the business address of whom I am currently dealing with regards to promoting my book. I will have to spend decent amount of money on this endeavor with them and I don't have any problem paying for travel just to visit their physical office. Unfortunately, they discouraged me to visit their office for some reason. They want me to pay through check but to be sent out to a different address not listed as their mailing address on their website. These sort of inconsistencies triggered to me to do extra precaution. I am hoping to at least obtain verification from your respective office as a highly regarded organization. I have never been able to access your website via what is printed on my invoice: www.bloomington.in.gov. The only way I get to the site is via https://bloomington.in.gov. I'm not sure if I am the only one having this issue, but I recommend investigating this issue and correcting your invoices, if necessary.

Clarification of case #168944. To answer the question for a city employee assigned to look at this "Can we check and see if this was CBU?" I am pretty sure not. The clay and gravel appeared after the home owner had work done on the north, alley side of herproperty. After she had the excavated material put on the tree plot, she informed the neighborhood listserv that there was "topsoil" if any of us wanted it. I am pursuing this anonymously through uReport because that individual is difficult to deal with. Thanks.
