The person that this is addressed to does not live here at 5314 S. Southway Drive. And we keep getting bills for them. Have came to report this in person and also attempted to call your office with no results. Please get this taken care of. If not to stop the annoyance to me, to help this person keep their water on.
414 S. Meadowbrook Drive has landscaping that is causing significant line-of-sight problems at a curve in the road. The usable width of the roadway is also affected. Neighbors are hoping that the city can contact the owners about cutting back the vegetation.
There was construction at (Wheels Auto Sales) 624 S. Walnut street and ended about a week ago to fix a sink hole. There were cones left at the location (Wheels Auto Sales) and the owner of Wheels Auto took the cones and placed them on front of business sign causing blind spot for our customers trying to leave our business.

#166419 Drainage or Runoff: Other: Hello, I am a property owner in the shadow creek subdivision and wish to file an anonymous complaint against the owner of the property at 1527 s andrew circle. I could not figure out how to manipulate your location map above so please ignore that address. I am building a house on the adjoining lot and am concerned about the serious flooding every time it rains. It has gotten worse since additional dirt has been added to the lot , and since i last reported the problem to the city last summer. Please see the picture attached and make a drive by for yourself to verify. It may overflow its banks tonight with the heavy rain that is predicted. It could flood my basement and the downhill neighbor potentially. But more important to the neighborhood and the city are the potentials for mosquitoes and even children or animals getting hurt in there. It should be an easy fix for the builder to rework the dirt he put in there to fill in the low spots and raise the grade for natural gravity drainage until he actually builds a house there. Thank you for your prompt attention to the issue . It seems to have been ignored after my previous complaint which was before the previous owner(developer ?) sold it. The lack of shoulders on the roads is a serious problem in Bloomington. I have lived in a number of cities across the US and Bloomington is the first city I've seen that has very few (if any?) shoulders on the roads. This is unbelievably problematic - if someone has car trouble they can't pull off to the side, if you are dropping someone off you can't just pull off to the side, if I receive a phone call I can't pull over, if riding a bicycle you can't ride along the side.... there are a fair number (surely more than is acceptable) of bike and scooter accidents in Bloomington, and this can largely be attributed to lack of shoulders on roads.
