I witnessed a man getting sucker punched in front of blue bird nightclub shortly before 12;30am on June 22. Officer 67 arrived within a few minutes and placed handcuffs on the man who was sucker punched. I immediately told officer 67 that I saw the perpetrator walk down the alley, but officer 67 told me to get back and would not listen to me... while I was watching the perpetrator walk down the alley. Other witnesses were also telling officer 67 the perpetrator was getting away. Officer 67 acted emotionally in arresting the victim. It was wrong. I could identify the perpetrator. the taco bell down town i went there to get something to eat had to go to court house 1st was gone 8 mins come back to get something to eat and they towed my car i had to pay 240..00 $ i hope this is not how bloomington lets all the business treat your citizens

Another mailbox was hit on Allendale Dr. in Sherwood Oaks neighborhood near the corner of Allendale and Dunstan. This is the 2nd time this mailbox has been hit by a distracted driver in the last month. I live on the corner of Allendale and Dunstan and have witnessed countless drivers fly through the stop sign. This is also a city bus stop as well as my child's school bus stop. I am now in fear of letting my children use the sidewalk to walk to the little library, the park, and friend's homes. We shouldn't have to worry about this in our neighborhood. Many kids, adults, and pets use these sidewalks every day and shouldn't feel scared or worried that they are in danger. My neighbors dog was hit and killed last year at this 4 way stop. Let's do something before another pet or person gets hurt.

Please have police take a day to enforce 3rd and college at 515pm people west from 3rd turning left to go south on college constantly knowingly blocking the intersection knowing they won't make it through with the back up on college. Just clogs everything even more.

I have started commuting to work on my bicycle and this prevalent and irresponsible action of drivers running red lights, especially when making left turns, just became increasingly dangerous now, more than ever. This happened to me this morning going north on the bypass crossing 3rd street. I had the green signal for more than a second yet the driver continued to make her left turn coming the opposite way, passing behind me! I witness this offense every day and is simply unacceptable.

I live directly next to the Landscaping Services Building roughly by 10th Street & Jefferson. The level of noise they make at 4:30-5:30AM is unacceptable. I implore the city to please contact Landscaping Services (affiliated with IU-Bloomington) to push their hours back to 7-8AM. It is a total disturbance to my neighbors and me. Banging metal, trucks beeping as they back up, loud engines, car lights that shine into our homes & other community disturbances. I expect a response from the city on this major quality of life issue. Thank you so much for your time. I enjoy living here in Bloomington in every other regard besides this matter. Thank you!

Landscaping Building making loud noises at 5AM-6AM on Saturday & Sunday. This violates local noise ordinances & I expect it to be quiet until at least 8AM on the weekends.
