I'm currently on bus 0345 with a female driver going eastbound towards Fountain Park. She was just incredibly, incredibly rude to a fellow bus rider. She threw her hands in the air when the new rider did not immediately have their ID in hand, mentioning "this isnt a taxi service" and just overall being very disrespectful. Her attitude was very unprofessional and I could tell the other rider was very uncomfortable.

Ms Dwyer contacted me last week and I met her at her house this morning. She is concerned about a sinkhole forming in her yard again and the amount of water that ponds on the south side of her house. This is a historical problem. We made some storm improvements in the alley east of her last year and hoped that would help solve some of her problems but she still has issues and would like to know what she can do. I told her I have asked our crews to video the storm sewer that runs along her yard to make sure the pipe is sound. I told her I would also check our sanitary sewer videos to make sure the sanitary sewer is sound. I explained I would be out of the office for about a week and would get back with her in a couple weeks to let her know what we have found.

"There is a house in my neighborhood that possibly has been abandoned. This past Friday a tree fell in their front yard and into the street and it wasn't until another resident contacted the city that the part that was in the street was removed. The yard is an overgrown mess in my opinion but don't know at what point it's considered a code violation. When the tree went down no one came to the door, hence our belief that the house may be unoccupied. The address is 3005 E. Daniel St., 47401. Thanks for your time!"

Hello, I am sorry to keep pestering you about this but nothing has changed at 3321 N. Valleyview Drive here in Bloomington. There are several trash bags in the front yard as well as other trash. It looks like animals have helped make the mess a bit worse. Could you please work with the proper authorities and city services to clean up the mess and levee liens against the property as well as continue to reach out to the home owner to get this mess cleaned up? Southeast Park is beautiful but there are two trees in the easement on the way around the bend from Montclair heading south then west on Arden that hang out over the road. If you stay in our lane on the curve coming on to Arden at the park by the baseball diamond, you're going to clip both trees. Could they be trimmed back a bit in the road area? Thank you so much.

Dear Sir or Madam: My wife and I own Shean Properties Ltd. and the property at 1114 North College Avenue in Bloomington. Directly to the north of our building is 1116 North College Avenue which is owned by Robert Grabbe. His home has been a mess since we acquired this property in 1994. I believe that Mr. Grabbe has abandoned the building. The postal carrier has told us that homeless people are living inside. The lawn has not been cut in months and I haven’t seen Mr. Grabbe in 3 months. It is time for the City to exercise its authority under the Unsafe Building Law and remedy this situation.
