We patrol Crestmont area often and find many kids out playing on the side walks and street. There is also a lot of speeding traffic through there. We are requesting signs be put up, especially around the area that the new park is being built. Signs saying to slow down, children at play. We would like signs in several places in Crestmont, as there are many kids everywhere, if possible.

Yellowwood Ct. There is a city storm drain that dumps a river of water from the south side of my property all the way the way to the other end, then continues into the neighbors yard. As you can see in the attached photos, this is causing a great deal of soil erosion, property damage and negatively affecting the value of my home. When I purchased the home, I was told there were no issues with water. But I am now told by neighbors the previous owners spent a lot of time and money trying to repair the damage. Girl's Inc. has a new trash containment area that has no doors. the trash blows out all over her yard. she is picking it up on a weekly basis.

Mr. and Mrs. Butcher received a trash violation at their address (1101), but they say that the trash is in the alley and it is from another house (1119) that is occupied by students who do not clean up after themselves.
