The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.

More than half of the sidewalk on the northwest corner of 1st & Henderson (Henderson Street side) is overgrown with plants/bushes/weeds. You can not navigate a wheelchair or have 2 people walk side by side.
