Kid City commendation. Her daughter and a friend attended 2 sessions of KC Outdoor this summer. It was a wonderful experience. Activities were creative and fun. Really enjoyed the camp-out @ Yellowwood. Especially impressed with the counselors - great role models. Keep up the good work! (see letter)

Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC. She added that the opportunities at the center are wonder for the community and it is nice to have a place where all ages and all walks of life are free to come together.
Ms. Anderson wrote to say how beautiful the garden plantings around town are, especially the areas around the Showers Bldg. She feels the flowers are well chosen and artfully planted and they contribute a great deal to the beauty of the city. Also, complimented the staff on the wildflower planting north of Miller Showers. As a parent of a developmentally disabled adult and Special Olympics coach, Mr. Murphy wrote to thank the Dept for including golf in the BPR SO program. Espcially commended Jennifer Phillips and staff who recruited great volunteers, the best in 3 years! See letter.
