There are two cars parked in alleyway beside 620 W 13th. One car has no license plates and has been there since last summer. The other has been there for six months.

Said there was a City vehicle parked at the Post Office this morning in the handicapped parking space and one person remained in the car and they left the car running. License no. 34606, which Fleet says belongs to Parking Enforcement.
Yeakel paid son's pkg tickets & next day a deputy came with writ for her arrest. Yeakel plans a vigorous "anti Bloomington/IU" campaign to expose B'ton as money sucking, illegal pkg operation. (Per Michael Flory, first notice sent 1995 with many notices (& a promise from Yeakel to pay during the last few years. Arrest after payment situation rarely happens. In Monroe County, writs are only used when one is pulled over for speeding or other moving violation.)
Complaint about tenants in a rental unit at 1036 S Mitchell (a small blue house) have repeatedly been parking in front of a fire hydrant for a long while, despite offers by the neighbors to show them other places to park.

Residents of the apartment complex are parking their vehicles on the east and west side of the building next to the alley. They are also parking under the balconies on the east side of the building.
Residents are parking their cars in the alley behind the house, blocking access to the alley.
A car is being parked in the grass at this house everyday.
Ms. Laker talked with Tim Lawson. The gates on both Covenanter Drive and Clarizz Blvd. need to be locked. She thought that they were suppose to be locked until April 1999. Lawson referred her to Josh in City Planning.
