SEWER ODOR INSIDE OFFICE BUILDING, BAD
Mrs. Schlegel called to express concern over the scheduling of the BT Access. She apparently has had repeated problems with the BT Access coming late, and says that when she called into the office, the personnel in the office were rude to her by telling her she should call a taxi if she wanted to be picked up faster. Also, she apparently got the idea the staff in the office were telling her that using her disabilities do not warrant riding the BT Access. She commended the drivers however.

She called office, they told her could avoid disconnect if she gives him a check. He said he could not take a check, only cash and disconnected her. Her daughter took check in, but TCI won't reconnect 'til next week, is charging fee, and told her they had no supervisor she could talk to. Subs. feels she tried to cooperate & is being trtd unfair.

Mr. Cline was transferred to our office from the County. His complaint was that in the Crestmount Housing area where he resides, management is authorizing the use of a spray insecticide being used to kill roaches. The insecticide being used is making many tenants sick; including himself.
