Mr. Shields called to complain about missed trash and recycling pick ups, but also described calling the sanitation office and dealing with a "rude" employee when discussing these issues.
Ms Burnham left a VM for me on Aug 24, 2015 but I was out of the office. She said they have some drainage issues with in the yard and is related to a little drainage ditch that runs at the end of the lots.

Tenant, Carolyn, called to say she has complained about vines growing up to her 2nd floor apt. Las month when she went to the office to pay her rent she asked again to cut the vines that are taking over her deck. Mrs. Burch called the HAND Dept. VERY upset over an overgrown bush and weeds as a line of sight problem at the corner of Dodds and Morton. She stated that the branches off of the bushes that are overgrown scrached her car. She stated that the City should pay for her car, and that she is going to take the weeds and branches to the Mayors office and dump them on his desk. She would like a call back on this ASAP. She stated that she never got a call back the last time she placed a complant.
Mayor's office received a complaint regarding the alley behind this rental property. Bushes are overgrown into the alley making accessibility and site an issue.

Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
