Las month when she went to the office to pay her rent she asked again to cut the vines that are taking over her deck. Mr. Megnin stated that the cable was installed in October of 1998, and the cable was left lying on the ground. Mr. Megnin stated that he has contacted the cable company several times and the cable is still unburied. Mr. Megnin stated that he contacted our office in Dec., but the cable is still lying on the ground.

Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
