Mr. Spieth, (of 1811 Hyde Park Cir.) contacted the Public Works Office to report that the house directly to the west of him (1807 Hyde Prak Cir., Owners are Duemler, Terry & Theresa) have been dumping large amouts of limbs, yardwaste etc. in the green space around the Mayfair Subd.(which is right by his house.) for a number of years. He would like this looked in to, he is leaving town for 2 weeks on 3/15/2003.

She stated that she has contacted Insight a number of times and she did not know what else to do. She would like this re-occuring problem addressed by Insight or the TCC.

Rec'd. a call from Mayor's Office. An anonymous caller stated to them that she was driving behind a yellow vehicle (611) when a piece of wood fell off. The driver did not stop to pick up wood - continued driving. Caller felt this was careless and wants to be sure all materials in back of trucks are tied down or secured in the future.

Mr. Megnin stated that the cable was installed in October of 1998, and the cable was left lying on the ground. Mr. Megnin stated that he has contacted the cable company several times and the cable is still unburied. Mr. Megnin stated that he contacted our office in Dec., but the cable is still lying on the ground.

Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.

Mrs. Burch called the HAND Dept. VERY upset over an overgrown bush and weeds as a line of sight problem at the corner of Dodds and Morton. She stated that the branches off of the bushes that are overgrown scrached her car. She stated that the City should pay for her car, and that she is going to take the weeds and branches to the Mayors office and dump them on his desk. She would like a call back on this ASAP. She stated that she never got a call back the last time she placed a complant.

Las month when she went to the office to pay her rent she asked again to cut the vines that are taking over her deck. The office told they would not be cutting the bushes below because there is a nest of snakes. Left msg at landlord office of appt. at 3:00 on 7/2/2010
