The house has not been lived in for over a year; there is water in the basement of the house, mold, and excessive growth in the yard. The address is 4798 N Old State Road 37, 47408
The house located directly south of 1130 E. Atwater (on Ballantine Road) has lots of trash in the back yard. Now there is a hot water heater in the yard. Mr. Fratianni is upset because this is his second complaint and nothing has improved.
Yard waste, claims "poison" being poured on the area where excessive growth. Concerned about "poison" getting into other yards, being near children and the safety of the water supply.
MS. STONER STATED THAT THERE APPEARS TO BE A SINKHOLE IN HER BACKYARD. SHE LIVES IN WALNUT CREEK SUBDIVISION. SHE IS RECEIVING THE WATER RUNOFF FROM HER NEIGHBORS THAT SEEMS TO PULL IN HER BACKYARD.
WANTS YARD REPAIRED EARLY IN SPRING BEFORE YARD IS SPAYED, WHERE CB U HAD A WATER MAIN BREAK IN HER FRONT YARD

NOISE AND VIBRATING IN WATER LINE
HAS NOISE IN HER WATER PIPES FROM THE JUMPER CBU INSTALLED AT HER METER PIT
WANTS NEW SERVICE WATER METER RAISED TO GROUND LEVEL
