SEWER ODOR IN OFFICE, SENT 718 TO CHECK AND TALK TO CUSTOMER.
Original complaint #530, mayor's office asked for update 10/10/1996. Change in paving 2 or 3 years ago caused drainage problem at her home.
The Mayor's Office received a call from Jennifer from Stonebelt regarding the condition of a section of sidewalk across from St. Charles School in front of the Fire Station. She also states that she does not feel that it is ADA Compliant.
Staff from our office recently received a complaint from an adjacent lend owner, concerning sediment being carried onto their property from your lot. Upon being inspected, your property did indead have some erosion occuring. It is a violation of state law and county land use ordinance for dediment to be carried off of you property and onto an adjacent land owner's. I have enclosed a rough rendering of the site, depicting where the erosion is occurring, and suggestions for stabilaztion
On the south east corner of E Allen St and S Washington St (E Allen St side) there is a metal sign post within the sidewalk that has been broken off at the base and it's a safety hazard.
Post Office has not cleared their front sidewalk.
Diane, Mayor's office, recieved a complaint that a 'vulgar' sign was placed on the courthouse lawn on the SE corner.
Carnes was upset by the median placed in front of Dr. Steele's Office. She almost hit it on Oct. 14, 2003.
Complaint of dangerous traffic conditions making crossing difficult. Request school crossing guard or traffic office to remedy situation, intersection of N. Kinser Pike and the Bypass.
