The citizen stated there is trash/washer/dryer and junk in front of both 1319 & 1321 W. Hickory. She had called in about 4-6 months about these 2 houses and they were cleaned up for a short time period but they are back to having trash all over the front of the property. There is also a van parked on the street full of trash.
