His yard waste has not been picked up the past two weeks. He has had to call both times.
Owner of property 525 E Southern called to say the property next to her is abandoned and has rats going in and out of it.

received email from Ron Author @ Street Dept - tall grass coming from homeowners yards in the 1300 -1400 block of W. Hickory.
Said she had called earlier and was told the routes had changed and the crews were still out. She says the yard waste was never picked up today.
