Mr. Jesseph works at German-American Bank, and asked that the tree directly outside the bank be trimmed if possible. When the bank lowers its flag to half-mast (which has happened unfortunately often recently), it gets caught in the tree and ruins the flag.

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.
