Ms. Brinegar stated that near the above address there is a low place in the north side of the roadway. Ms. Brinegar stated that it is simking more and more and the water collects there for long periods of time. Citizen called to inform the City that at the corner of Wilton & Windsor (Greenbriar) is a line of sight issue. Trees are overhanging the street causing vehicles to move over to the other lane to avoid being hit by limbs and that there is not sufficient clearance to drive safely.
Citizen called in to state that there is a pile of garbage in the back of this property.
Constant litter in the front yard; same litter problem with the house at 426 E. 6th St.
