The fire department called to let us know that Andrew Hardy (331-1386) called them re: his landlord not fixing his sockets, he did not give the fire dept. his address. I tried to reach Mr. Hardy by phone on 11/10/2004 and left a voicemail asking him to call the HAND dept.

A citizen called to voice his concern that raising the trash sticker fee 100% would cause citizens not to use the trash program. He stated that citizens would find other ways to dispose of their trash.

Mr. & Mrs. Jollisse have billing and customer service issues. They only receive bills couple of times a year instead of on a monthly basis. They were without service for 10 days before repairs were made. They have had repeated billing problems that have taken several calls to Insight to straighten out. Their billing difficulities are still unresolved. During a recent telephone conversation, they asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 10 minutes before a supervisor was available.

Trash is blowing from the Housing Authority into Mr. Chandler's yard. He has tried to have the problem taken care of, however has had no luck in getting this problem resolved.

FYI--Mr. Rogers called to complain about several officers actions during an incident in which he was assaulted. He filed an internal complaint form w/ BPD & has not heard back. He is "disgusted" w/ the way BPD has handled this case & wants to speak to the Mayor. I told him that he shld allow for all the steps in the complaint process to run their course. Mr. Rogers said he wld contact Brd Public Safety, but expected to receive a phone call from the Mayor. He stated he wld call Channel 6.
