Some one has parking spots blocked on the south side of the square. There is nothing noted the the Public Works no parking binder. Woman was very upset and wanted this taken care of ASAP.

Mr. Hall reported that there is a large amount of trash that overflowed from the dumpster and has been place along the street at the corner of 10th and Alexander on the south side of the street. Mr. Hall stated that the trash crews will not pick it up because it is not stickered and the city does not provide because of the dumpster. Mr. Hall stated that the trash has been there for several week and demands that someone come out there today.

Upset woman called to complain about the people who live at 904 Orris Dr. she stated that the residents put the trash out a week in advance and that dogs have ripped the bags open and have scattered the trash every where. She would like for the residents to get a ticket.
