CHECK 707 & 713 E 8TH BEHIND THE HOUSES NEAR A GARAGE ON THE ALLEY IS A DUMPSTER THAT IS OVERFLOWING AND HAS BEEN FOR OVER A WEEK.

Utility easement between Martin home and apartments very overgrown. Martin wants utility companies to mow/clean up area. He & neighbors cleaned area once. Matt Fields told him probably nothing could be done.
