Citizen was complaining that utility workers were not flagging the area correctly. He came around the corner of Kirkwood and Indiana and flagman stopped him causing him to brake too fast. He feels that this is an unsafe practice. and wanted to report it.
Called to complain that she pulled up to the four-way stop at W 8th and Fairview and a CBU dump truck would not back up to let her pass through the intersection.

Caller who would not identify himself called Gary at the Health Dept. and said that there was raw sewage flowing on the ground behind Lot 20.
