Called in this morning to report that the sidewalk in the entry to the parking lot behind Wonderlab has a raised lip that is hard to see at night and causes people to trip over. The caller mentioned that his girlfriend had tripped over it the night before and it hurt her.
Missed pick-up/yard waste: Said he has had yard waste for the last 2 wks with his trash but they don't take it. Wants someone to call lhim back. Worried about fire. Being so dry and people flipping cig. toward trash.
Ms. Cullen stated she is having trouble with her water heater which is under warranty. Co. says they will not do anything to water heater because she is getting really bad water from City. The pipes are old. Water heater heater gets clogged up and eats up "dip tube." Nothing will come out of hot water faucet because clogged up. Cold water faucet does not seem to be effected.
