Missed pick-up/trash:
There is a new 10 unit apartment building at the corner of Smith Avenue & S. Washington Street. They have an enclosure for their dumpster that faces Smith Ave. The enclosure is full of trash that they can not get the dumpster all the way in. The dumpster is half on the sidewalk with a lot of trash. The students from the Project School have to walk in to the street to get around the mess.

Customer wants 2 storm drains at the left of her driveway cleaned off.

None of the soroities and fraternities have shoveled sidewalks on 3rd st. and everyone is walking in 3rd street. Very dangerous.
Other/recycling: 3 recycle bins by garage that need to be emptied - he is the new tenant and will not be recycling could we please empty the bins at this time? he may call back for us to pick the bins up if they do not belong to his neighbor.
Mr. Wright feels that a large bill he received was fault of his water meter. Meter was checked & found to be working properly. Mr. Wright wants to take this matter to USB for review.
Lisa called in on Sat. and said on the 400 block of Highland on the eastside of road is alot of trash
