Susan Phillips called in to say that there is an undeveloped lot at the end of Wintersweet Drive that has not been mowed this season and the grass is very tall. She would like the compliance officer to call her back for a status report after the inspections has been completed.

He has had problems for the past 3 weeks with his yard waste not being picked up. He has not received a notice and puts it out the night before with stickers.
The crews forgot to pick up his yard waste again. This has been going on for the past 2 weeks. There is no notice left and he has his cans out the night before.
