Caller complained that some of the houses being built in Walnut Creek did not have siding installed all the way to the ground.

Grass and weeds are waist high. Has contacted landlord over a week ago and still nothing done.
there is a trash can at this address that has something that smells dead in it. caller had heard that there were dead termites in it, but she wasn't sure. It has been there for two days, and sanitation wouldn't pick it up.
Charles states that the lot he is talking about he thinks is abandoned. Not sure of the address either. Says it should be between 1402&1406 W 6th. The grass here is at least 3 ' tall. Also says at he end of W. 6th by the containment pond the grass there is also very tall. There is tall grass behind kleindorfers/hinkles hamburger.
There is a dumpster in the road and it is overflowing with trash. There is trash everywhere. They believe Alice McCoy is the manager. The dumpster belongs to Colonial Hill Aprtments.
One of the meter readers at Utilities noticed sewage in the meter pit.
