this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. CRANDALLS OWN 1455-1461 W. ALLEN. THE PROPERTY W/THE PROBLEM IS NORTH OF THEM. IT IS A 4-PLEX, WHITE W/BLACK BRICK, AND FACES SOUTH. THE OWNER'S NAME IS JONES. THE CONDOS HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS HOWEVER NO GRASS HAS BEEN PLANTED AND THE YARD IS FULL OF WEEDS. THERE ARE LIMBS FROM THE STORM AND PALLETS LEFT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION ARE IN CRANDALL'S BACKYARD. THEY ALSO THINK THE UNIT W/SHEETS AT THE WINDOWS MIGHT BE OVER OCCUPIED.
THERE ARE BAGS OF TRASH EVERYWHERE AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR WEEKS.
LOW WATER PRESSURE
Mr. Elmer has a drainage problem from water coming off of Maxwell and High Street that rolls down his drive & into his house.
The water runs down the street onto his driveway and then floods his house.
Mr. Waxler manages the properties at W. 10th Street & Adams Street. He is concerned that the storm sewers are in need of cleaning both in front of and behind the properties, where the storm sewer goes under the railroad.
Weeds are waist high: Turn onto Cherokee Drive, the house on the right, the lot behind the house needs mowed. The PSI sub-station on S. Rogers Street needs mowed. (Thompson factory use to mow this).
The establishment called THE LIQUID LOUNGE has young people standing in the parking lot drinking and smoking (day and night). They left a small dog tied up all day in the sun. There is trash and litter all over the parking lot.
