Mr. Crewell is president of the Fritz terrace neighborhood Association. He has two traffic related concers. 1)The residential side of North Kinser, from Marsh north, is not marked with neither yellow curbs nor "No Parking" signs. Sometimes people actually park there, and he feels it should be marked. 2) Within Fritz Terrace, there are no sidewalks. That, coupled with the curvy streets, make a speed limit of 30mph too fast for the neighborhood.
