He found an animal which he asked shelter to pick up and now he wants to adopt animal but can't reach shelter.) He also feels personnel are rude to him. Ms. Robertson complained of overwhelming reluctance and poor response by the animal control officer she spoke with. She called the animal shelter after a Mastiff dog tried to attack her. The man she spoke with said he would rather not come and help her since there wasn't anything he could do if she hadn't already been attacked by the dog and instead suggested she use a broom to fend off the dog.
